Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. Who we are
ChannelFuel (“ChannelFuel”, “we”, “us”) operates channelfuel.app from the United Kingdom. These terms are a binding agreement between you and us for your use of the service. Contact: support@channelfuel.app.
2. The service
ChannelFuel is a research and production toolkit for YouTube creators: niche research ranked on real data, viral-comparable teardowns, retention-engineered scripts, packaging (titles, thumbnails, metadata) and scheduled publishing to YouTube channels you connect. Heavy operations spend prepaid credits.
The service is in active development. Features may change, and some features are marked beta.
3. Accounts
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure — activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter this agreement.
4. Credits, plans and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Paid plans renew monthly and grant a monthly credit allowance; you can cancel any time from the billing portal and the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time purchases.
Credits are a prepayment for platform usage, not money, and can't be transferred or redeemed for cash. If a job fails on our side, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchased credits and fees are non-refundable. Displayed prices exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. Your content and outputs
You own the content you put in and, as between you and us, the outputs the service generates for you (scripts, titles, thumbnails, metadata, reports). You grant us the license needed to process your content to run the service — nothing more.
Outputs are generated with the help of AI models and research data. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, and for what you publish on your channels.
6. YouTube
The YouTube connection uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a channel or using any YouTube feature of ChannelFuel, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We only perform the actions you ask for — uploading videos privately, setting thumbnails and scheduling publication to channels you connected. You remain responsible for your channels' compliance with YouTube policies, including disclosure requirements for altered or synthetic content. You can disconnect a channel at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how, and how to revoke access at Google).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content;
- violate YouTube's or any platform's terms through the service;
- probe, overload or attempt to bypass our systems, limits or quality gates;
- resell or share access to the service without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
8. No promises of outcomes
ChannelFuel grades evidence — it never guarantees results. Research verdicts, evidence grades and scorecards describe the data behind an idea, not a prediction that any video or channel will perform. Views, revenue and channel growth depend on factors outside our control, and you make your own publishing decisions.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and our data accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we don't offer a service-level agreement. Third-party providers (YouTube, payment, AI models) may impose their own limits or downtime.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination your access ends; ledger records may be retained where the law requires.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app or by email, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
